Course details

The Spatial Econometrics Advanced Institute (SEAI) is the advanced school of the Spatial Econometrics Association. It is held yearly and will consists of a 4-weeks course. It is a unique opportunity to be introduced to the methods and practice of Spatial Econometrics by the leading experts in the field.


The program of activities will include 4 weeks, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 3 hours a day devoted to lectures (Mon-Wed) or to coding laboratory (Thu-Fri). Students may decide which laboratory to attend choosing between the following languages: R, STATA and Python.


The summer school SEAI2021 is offered free of charge to all Spatial Econometric Association members. Non-members can also be admitted to participate paying a fee of 100 euros before April 15th. Details on the method of payment will be communicated in due time.
